高层办公建筑 深港科技项目是位于中国深圳的一座高层办公综合开发项目。250米高的主塔楼以中国梧桐树舒展的形态为灵感，裙楼商业部分则塑造为树木的形象，其立面呼应梧桐叶片的肌理。设计营造出集居住、休闲与办公于一体的24小时生活圈，配置有社区健康中心、树屋书店、游戏中心和艺术中心。自然通风、穿孔铝板幕墙、裙楼绿化屋面以及屋顶太阳能热水系统共同降低了建筑能耗。
